Returns & Exchanges – FAQ

❓ I ordered the wrong size. How do I exchange it?

No problem! Here’s how to swap your size:

Email us to request the return address.
Return the t-shirt within 30 days, including a note telling us which size you need.
The item must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
We do not offer free returns. To receive your replacement t-shirt, please purchase the correct return postage:

We cannot print or send your new size until we receive the returned item.

Custom garments cannot be exchanged, so please double-check your size when ordering.

Exchange printing: We usually process exchanges on Fridays. Busy seasons (like Christmas) may take a little longer.

❓ My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Royal Mail is normally very reliable, but delays do happen — especially around Christmas.

If your parcel is late:

Email us so we can double-check your delivery address.
Please allow an extra week beyond the expected delivery date.
If the item arrives too late and you no longer want it, simply return it to us for a full refund.

❓ My shirt has a flaw/hole/print issue. Help!

So sorry about that!
Email us at admin@nornirontees.com with a brief description (and a photo if you can), and we’ll arrange a replacement straight away.

❓ I don’t like the design/colour. Can I return it?

Yes — as long as the item is:

Unworn
Returned within 30 days
Neatly packaged

We’ll process your refund when the item arrives back with us.

❓ You’ve sent me the wrong t-shirt. What now?

Oops — our bad!
Email admin@nornirontees.com with the details and we’ll send out the correct shirt ASAP.

Important Information

If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we must wait for the parcel to be returned to us before resending.
For non-European addresses, returns via surface mail can take up to 8 weeks.
